We like the ability to start with any data (like a customer), and click through old orders, new orders, current purchase orders and invoices.  We are able to sync seamlessly with QuickBooks Online for our accounting purposes, and changes in QuickBooks are also reflected in 1place. Customer service is very responsive, and when I come up with a suggestion for the program, they are often able to adjust the program, thereby benefitting other customers as well. The online program is very fast and responsive, and the search capabilities are incredible. It’s very easy to navigate and I highly recommend 1place for any company’s order fulfillment needs.

Does 1place work with QuickBooks Desktop or QuickBooks Enterprise version?
No. You would have to use the free conversion tool (by Intuit) to convert your data to QuickBooks Online.

(Side Note: If you have have tried QuickBooks Online in the past and have not liked it because it had fewer features, please keep in mind that 1place has many more CRM, Order Management, Item Pricing, Inventory Management, and Warehouse Management features than ANY of the versions of QuickBooks–so if you convert your data to QuickBooks Online and use it with 1place you will most likely have the features you need :).
