OneSource Software Solutions is small software company based in Utah. We have been providing custom inventory management software solutions (primarily to wholesale / distribution companies) all over the United States and Canada for the past 20+ years.
Over the years we have found that most businesses have data in too many places, and are using programs that have too many screens, that require too many clicks to get things done.

We like the ability to start with any data (like a customer), and click through old orders, new orders, current purchase orders and invoices. We are able to sync seamlessly with QuickBooks Online for our accounting purposes, and changes in QuickBooks are also reflected in 1place. Customer service is very responsive, and when I come up with a suggestion for the program, they are often able to adjust the program, thereby benefitting other customers as well. The online program is very fast and responsive, and the search capabilities are incredible. It’s very easy to navigate and I highly recommend 1place for any company’s order fulfillment needs.

No. You would have to use the free conversion tool (by Intuit) to convert your data to QuickBooks Online.
(Side Note: If you have have tried QuickBooks Online in the past and have not liked it because it had fewer features, please keep in mind that 1place has many more CRM, Order Management, Item Pricing, Inventory Management, and Warehouse Management features than ANY of the versions of QuickBooks–so if you convert your data to QuickBooks Online and use it with 1place you will most likely have the features you need :).

How it works
Getting Started:
- We will create a Login for you to access from your browser.
- Once you have a login you can ‘GoLive’ or just practice until you feel ready to GoLive.
Getting Your Data Into 1place:
- If you are using QuickBooks Online, you can sync your data into 1place in a matter of minutes.
- If you are using a ‘desktop’ version of QuickBooks you can export your data and import it into QuickBooks Online (and then sync your QuickBooks Online data into 1place.)
- If you have data in 1 or more other programs (if you can export your data to Excel) we can help you import your data for one flat fee or $120/hr. (We usually create a ‘tool’ or a ‘process’ to import all of your data so you can practice learning 1place using your own data, and then we can re-import it again, later on, when you are ready to GoLive).
Learning How to Use 1place:
- 1place is very intuitive and easy to learn. Almost all screens work in a very similar way. (Most of what you will learn will come from just a little practice).
- For a flat fee (see the Pricing chart above), we will assign a dedicated GoLive Specialist to help you A-Z through the data conversion, training, and GoLive process.
