Does 1place work with QuickBooks Online?
Yes. When you add a Customer, Vendor, Item, Invoice, etc it drops into QuickBooks Online instantly. Changes made in QuickBooks Online can also be synced back into 1place with 1 click.
Does 1place work with QuickBooks Desktop or QuickBooks Enterprise version?
No. You would have to use the free conversion tool (by Intuit) to convert your data to QuickBooks Online.Â
(Side Note: If you have have tried QuickBooks Online in the past and have not liked it because it had fewer features, please keep in mind that 1place has many more CRM, Order Management, Item Pricing, Inventory Management, and Warehouse Management features than ANY of the versions of QuickBooks--so if you convert your data to QuickBooks Online and use it with 1place you will most likely have the features you need :).  Â

Do I need to have my own server to run 1place?
No. 1place works 100% in the cloud. You only need to have a PC or Mac, with a browser (preferably Chrome), and an internet connection. Â
Can I run 1place on my own server (if I want to)?
Yes. You will need to subscribe to the 1place Enterprise version and will need to buy and maintain your own server, your own SQL Server database, perform your own data and server backups, etc.
How do I get trained on 1place?
In addition to the very intuitive user friendly interface, we also provide links to optional settings (on the same screen), KBA help topics, and training videos on each screen.Â
We also assign a GoLive rep to answer any questions you have and guide you step by step. 1place includes 8 hours of free training. Additional training can also be purchased for $30 per 1/4 hour. Â
How do I get my data into 1place?
If you have QuickBooks Online you can sync your data within minutes with only a few clicks. Otherwise, you can use the 1place Import Wizard to import data from spreadsheets. You can also pay OneSource Software (the makers of 1place) to import data into 1place for you (for $120/hr). Contact us for a quote.Â

How to Works…
Getting Started:
— We will create a Login for you to access from your browser.
— Once you have a login you can ‘GoLive’ or just practice until you feel ready to GoLive.
Getting Your Data Into 1place:
— If you are using QuickBooks Online, you can sync your data into 1place in a matter of minutes.
— If you are using a ‘desktop’ version of QuickBooks you can export your data and import it into QuickBooks Online (and then sync your QuickBooks Online data into 1place.)
— If you have data in 1 or more other programs (if you can export your data to Excel) we can help you import your data for one flat fee or $120/hr. (We usually create a ‘tool’ or a ‘process’ to import all of your data so you can practice learning 1place using your own data, and then we can re-import it again, later on, when you are ready to GoLive).
Learning How to Use 1place:
— 1place is very intuitive and easy to learn. Almost all screens work in a very similar way. (Most of what you will learn will come from just a little practice).
