We like the ability to start with any data (like a customer), and click through old orders, new orders, current purchase orders and invoices.  We are able to sync seamlessly with QuickBooks Online for our accounting purposes, and changes in QuickBooks are also reflected in 1place. Customer service is very responsive, and when I come up with a suggestion for the program, they are often able to adjust the program, thereby benefitting other customers as well. The online program is very fast and responsive, and the search capabilities are incredible.
