If you have QuickBooks Online you can sync most of your data into 1place--within minutes, with only a few clicks--free of charge.  Otherwise, we can work with you to import your data (first to practice on, and then we will re-import it before you Go Live).  If you do not have a parts search catalog we can help you create a new PartsLink search catalog in 1place as well.

We can help you import your parts (search) catalog, or we can create a PartsLink catalog in 1place from scratch. (PartsLink data is available for $250 per month). 

In addition to the very intuitive user friendly interface, we also assign your company a dedicated Customer Support person to answer every question you have--over the phone!  You can also watch step by step training videos and read a training guide for most screens. 

Yes.  When you add a Customer, Vendor, Item, Invoice, etc it drops into QuickBooks Online instantly.  Changes made in QuickBooks Online can also be synced back into 1place with 1 click.

No.  You would have to use the free conversion tool (by Intuit) to convert your data to QuickBooks Online

How to Works…

 

Getting Started:

— We will create a Login for you to access from your browser. 
— Once you have a login you can ‘GoLive’ or just practice until you feel ready to GoLive.

Getting Your Data Into 1place:

— If you are using QuickBooks Online, you can sync your data into 1place in a matter of minutes.
— If you are using a ‘desktop’ version of QuickBooks you can export your data and import it into QuickBooks Online (and then sync your QuickBooks Online data into 1place.)

— If you have data in 1 or more other programs  (if you can export your data to Excel) we can help you import your data for one flat fee or $120/hr. (We usually create a ‘tool’ or a ‘process’ to import all of your data so you can practice learning 1place using your own data, and then we can re-import it again, later on, when you are ready to GoLive). 

Learning How to Use 1place:

1place is very intuitive and easy to learn. Almost all screens work in a very similar way. (Most of what you will learn will come from just a little practice).
