Overview

Top Section

  • Column 1
    • Ship To (when the user selects a Ship To auto fill in the related Bill To)
    • (Read only data) After a user selects a Ship To address this info will auto fill in the area below the drop down list:
      • (CustomerID) Company Name – Contact Name (First and Last)
      • Street, City, State, Zip
  • Column 2
    • Bill To (which will auto fill in based on the related Bill To on the Ship To customer selected).
    • (Read only data) After a user selects a Ship To address this info will auto fill in the area below the drop down list:
      • (CustomerID) Company Name – Contact Name (First and Last)
      • Street, City, State, Zip
  • Column 3
    • Customer Order #
    • Shipped Via (This will auto fill based on the Ship To Customer record Shipped Via).
    • Invoice Comments
  • Column 4
    • View Balance Info (button)
    • Current Balance: (This will show the current balance after the View Balance Info button is clicked).
    • Credit Limit: (This will show the Credit Limit after the View Balance Info button is clicked).
    • Credit Hold: This is a ‘hidden’ label called CREDIT HOLD (with a Red background and blank font).  This label is NOT visible by default.  After the Bill To address is selected, we need to check the Credit Hold (yes/no) value on the Bill To Customer. If Credit Hold = True we need to SHOW the hidden Credit Hold label.

Center Section

  • Column 1
    • Vendor (Drop down list, default to All)
    • Item (Drop down list)
      • After an item is selected the following values will auto fill or calculate:
        • Item Description
        • Quantity = Set to 1
        • List Price
        • Unit Price (will auto calculate for selected item and customer. See sysSpec: Item Pricing)
        • Discount % (if the pricing type for the customer includes some form of discount)
        • Net Price (this will auto calculate based on the Unit Price + Discount %)
        • Line Total (this will auto calculate based on the Quantity * Net Price)
    • Item Description (Editable, but not included in the Tab Order)
    • Quantity
      • This will be set to 1 by default.  If the user changes the Qty the Unit Price (and Net Price and Line Total) will be recalculated.
    • List Price (Editable, but included in the Tab Order)
    • Unit Price
    • Discount %
      • When the user Tabs or Enters past this field set the focus back on Quantity field.
    • Net Price (Not Editable, not included in the Tab Order)
    • Line Total  (Not Editable, not included in the Tab Order)
  • Column 2
    • In Stock  (Not Editable, not included in the Tab Order)
    • On Order  (Not Editable, not included in the Tab Order)
    • On Back Order  (Not Editable, not included in the Tab Order)
    • Net Available  (Not Editable, not included in the Tab Order)
  • Column 4
    • Item Notes (These notes are editable / updatable)
